Welcome to the National Tea Party page. The citizens of the United States of America needed a place where Fiscal Consciousness could be discussed, requested and in fact, demanded of our legislators.
To our Legislators: You are responsible to the citizens who live in your jurisdiction, be it city, county, state or the United States of America. Your job is to support your constituants within the bounds of our local, state or national constitutions. We the citizens do not have unlimited funds to support your extravagant spending. We do not want large government. And we want fewer taxes and a balanced budget!

Legislators, please take a moment to again read our Constitution of the United States of America. It is a short, easy read. And, it IS the basis upon which this nation is to be managed. It directs you quite clearly and leaves nothing to question. It is the law, support it, govern by it OR be replaced!
