When I created this tea party domain , there was no real movement. I wanted to remind people of our roots. Tea Party came to mind. A forum to protest the undue taxation we are all being subjected.
Frankly, I cannot devote the time or energy to grow and organize this website. We now have Tea Party movements everywhere you look. If it doesn’t already exist, a National Tea Party (be it a bonafide political party or simply the masses uniting in protest) will emerge. What better domain name that NationalTeaParty.org ??

If any illegal immigrant can show proof, either by payroll receipt or other validation or the birth of a child, that the individual has been a productive member of his/hers community for the length of three years, he/her shall be awarded citizenship as an productive citizen of America. If they do not come forward and accept free citizenship then there is a reason for suspicion. This way they shall be able to be counted in the area census for allotted funds being distributed. They shall be able to be taxed properly as taxable citizen and the innocent immigrant families that are being preyed upon by the undesirable element in the communities can come forward for justice and protection of the laws without fear of being deported or persecuted for wanting a better life. Give them the right to become a citizen of they nation that they labor for physically and help contribute financial support. Would this be a workable option to what is happening now?
Since both the Republicans and the Democrats are grandstanding as to what cuts the people would suggest in the other guys budget, I would suggest a pol as to what benefits for Congress and their staffs should be cut. I would suggest that they should not have seperate pensions and medical. They should be allowed Social Security, a 401k retirement, and Obamacare.

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these United States of America; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.
The history of the present King of the United States of America is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these United States of America. We live in a Socialist Country and not the Free Republic for which we stand.
To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world. The Terrorists who run our Country have refused their Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. They have forbidden the people to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
They have refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only. They have called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
They have dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people. They have refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected, whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
They have endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws of Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands. They have obstructed the Administration of Justice by refusing their Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers. They made Judges dependent on his Will alone for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
They have erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance. They have kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of Constitution. They have affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power. They have combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by our laws; giving their Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation.
They were supposed to be Voluntary Public Servants and not paid. They were supposed to be serving the People out of Love for their Country and fellow Citizens.
To Hell with all the Kings (politicians/terrorists) for they only wish to make themselves wealthy and powerful and all while they enslave the rest of us the sovereign Citizens of these United States of America.
A revolution is needed and that is the only thing that these Terrorist will understand. And the only thing that will stop them.

Article I – The Legislative Branch Note
Section 1 – The Legislature
All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
Section 2 – The House
The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.
No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.
(Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons.) (The previous sentence in parentheses was modified by the 14th Amendment, section 2.) The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct. The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least one Representative; and until such enumeration shall be made, the State of New Hampshire shall be entitled to chuse three, Massachusetts eight, Rhode Island and Providence Plantations one, Connecticut five, New York six, New Jersey four, Pennsylvania eight, Delaware one, Maryland six, Virginia ten, North Carolina five, South Carolina five and Georgia three.
As of this minute this part of the constitution with the 14th amendment included is not being followed. The discrepancies between the numbers of citizens and the number of their representatives are not minor and therefore cannot be constitutional.
Consider; As of the 2000 census California had a population of 33,871,648 and was awarded 53 seats in the U.S. house. 1 for every 639,087 persons compared to Montana 1 for every 902,195, South Dakota 1 in 754,844. In fact it takes 18 States with a population of 37,680,237 to equal the 53 representatives which means in real terms almost 4 million people are not being heard on the federal level in just 18 States
How I know already that lawyers and politicians will argue that the representatives have to be apportioned according to the pop. in each state and this is the cause for the discrepancy. But what the constitutions says is “The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.” It does not say chosen within each State. The qualifier for the choosing of representatives in this article at that time is until the census can be taken. The way it breaks down is if you live in one of four States CA,TX, NY, FL, you have representation of 1 in every 645 thousand, the other 46 it’s 1 in 710 thousand. This is a vital issue and one of the most important reasons how the “voice of the people” is being perverted.
Of the 33 million, how may have never held a job and never will. Does that count the millions of illegal aliens in this country? They can’t be denied coverage because of the federal fairness doctrine. It was tried in Texas and California when the tries to stop funding for schools in those states. The federal court stopped them cold. To stop higher insurance costs the Pres. only has to impose the federal wage and hour provision of federal law. Because this health Care Bill doesn’t control cost he figures that 33 million plus voters will keep supporting Democrats because of this federal free lunch HC program.
Prediction-Reid will get re-elected with thehelp of the Faux Tea Party Candidate. The base needs to get active on this and challenge this candidate.
